摘要:

某化工回用水处理工程废水主要由循环水排污水和经生化处理系统处理后的气化灰水、冲渣水等废水组成,针对该废水特点,本工程采用两级曝气生物滤池法(DN型BAF+DC/N型BAF)+保安过滤器+膜处理技术等工艺对其进行处理。结果表明,该工程工艺运行效果良好,处理出水水质达到设计要求,可实现回用。工程总运行费用为1.967元/m3

Abstract:

The wastewater from the chemical reuse water treatment project was mainly composed of discharged sewage from circulating water, gasification gray water and flushing water after treated by biochemical treatment system. In view of the characteristics of the wastewater, it was treated by two-stage biological aerated filter method(DN-BAF+DC/N-BAF), security filter and membrane treatment technology. Results showed that the operation effect of the engineering process was good, the quality of the effluent water met design requirement, which could realize the recycle of regenerated water. The total operating cost of the project was 1.967 yuan/m3.
