组合工艺深度处理垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液尾水

Research on the combined process of the advanced treatment of leachate tail water from a waste incineration power plant

摘要:

采用混凝—臭氧催化氧化—曝气生物滤池—臭氧催化氧化组合工艺对垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液超滤出水进行深度处理。结果表明,该组合工艺对渗滤液超滤出水中的COD和氨氮均有良好的去除效果,整体去除率分别达到89%和78%,最终出水中的COD和氨氮平均浓度满足《生活垃圾填埋场控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表3中的排放限值标准。该组合工艺的综合处理成本约为8.07元/t,具有较好的经济性。

Abstract:

The combined process, coagulation flocculation-catalytic ozonation-biological aerated filter(BAF)-catalytic ozonation, has been used for the advanced treatment of the leachate ultrafiltration(UF) effluent from a waste incineration power plant. The results show that the combined process has excellent removing effect on both COD and NH4+-N of the leachate UF effluent. The total removing rates of them are 89% and 78%, respectively. The average concentrations of COD and NH4+-N in the final effluent can reach the limit value specified in Table 3 of Control Standard of Domestic Waste Landfill(GB 16889-2008). The total treatment cost of the combined process is about RMB 8.07 yuan/t, having comparatively good economic effect.
