摘要:
介绍了广东某食品公司卤制品加工废水处理的优化设计与改造工程,将原主体生化处理工艺ABR池+好氧池改造为A2/O,并在二沉池后设置BAF保障出水水质。实际运行结果表明,工程出水水质稳定,COD为53.0~78.0 mg/L,SS为6.0~18.6 mg/L,NH3-N为6.1~9.1 mg/L,TP为0.10~0.45 mg/L,动植物油质量浓度为1.5~8.5 mg/L,pH为7.05~7.44,达到《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)中表2第1时段一级排放标准,满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2002)中道路清扫及绿化的水质要求。废水处理成本约为1.27元/m3。

Abstract:
The optimization design and renovation project is carried out in stewed meat product processing wastewater treatment site of a food company in Guangdong. The A2/O process is used to replace the original ABR aerobic tank process as the main biochemical treatment process of the project, meanwhile, the BAF is applied to ensure the water quality of the effluent after the second settling tank. Results show that effluent quality is stable. COD, SS, NH3-N, TP, mass concentration of oil, and pH are 53.0-78.0 mg/L, 6.0-18.6 mg/L, 6.1-9.1 mg/L, 0.10-0.45 mg/L, 1.5-8.5 mg/L, and 7.05-7.44, respectively. All the results meet the first-level emission standards in the first period of Table 2 of the Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants(DB 44/26-2001) and the water quality requirements for road cleaning and greening in The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water:Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T 18920-2002). The wastewater treatment cost is about 1.27 yuan/m3.
