双膜法处理化工废水及回用工程应用研究

摘要:

采用超滤膜及反渗透膜工艺处理某化工集团产生的化工废水并回用。结果表明,系统对污染物去除效果较好,电导率去除率可稳定在98%以上。系统产水水质、水量稳定,产水可回用于化工生产工艺,满足化工工艺要求,实现了生产废水"近零排放"的目标。

Abstract:

Ultrafiltration(UF) and reverse osmosis(RO) membrane technologies are applied in the chemical wastewater treatment and reuse in a chemical manufacturing group. The results show that the comprehensive treatment system has excellent removal of pollutants. The removal rate of the conductivity can reach as high as 98%. The quality and quantity of the production water are stable and can meet the requirements of the chemical process. The successful operation of the system achieves the near-zero-emission of wastewater.
