摘要:
采用多工艺组合(物化、酸相厌氧、曝气沉淀等)对黄姜皂素废水中的硫酸根进行预处理,再用UASB-MBR工艺进一步处理,处理量100 m3/d。工程实践表明:预处理组合工艺对硫酸根有较好的去除率,整个工艺对COD的去除率达到92%,硫酸根去除率达到95%,出水各项指标均达到《皂素工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 20425-2006)排放标准要求。

Abstract:
The sulfate in diosgenin wastewater is pretreated by the combined processes of physicochemical, acidic anaerobic and aeration precipitation. Then the wastewater is further treated by UASB-MBR process with a capacity of 100 m3/d. Engineering practice shows that the combined pretreatment process can effectively remove the sulfate. The removal rates of COD and sulfate in the whole process reach 92% and 95%, respectively. The various indexes of the discharged water meet the discharge standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Sapogenin Industry(GB 20425-2006).
