生物流化床的研究现状及应用

Research status and application of biological fluidized bed

摘要:

生物流化床反应器通过控制推动力使反应器内的气、固、液三相充分混合,并添加适当的填料,使反应器内部水流处于紊动状态,提高传质效率。按循环方式可将生物流化床分为内循环式和外循环式。简述了生物流化床在国内外的研究现状,对反应器结构、反应器内相态及流态特征、生物膜等方面进行了总结、分析,并对其研究方向和应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:

The three phases,gas,solid & liquid,in the biological fluidized bed reactor can be mixed intensively by controlling the driving force. At the same time,the liquid is in turbulent state in the reactor by adding appropriate fillers to the reactor,and the mass transfer efficiency has thus been improved. The biological fluidized bed can be divided into internal circulation and external circulation,according to its circulation modes. The research status of biological fluidized bed,in China and abroad,are described briefly. The structure,internal phase state and fluid state characteristics,biofilm,etc. of the reactor are summarized. And the research direction and application prospect of biological fluidized beds are also forecasted.
