摘要:

采用新型内循环厌氧(IC)—气升式环流反应器(ALR)工艺处理生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液。结果表明, 负荷提升期, 由于负荷提升过快而导致IC反应器发生酸化, 采取降低负荷, 增加碱度的方法重启反应器, 12 d后IC反应器即可恢复正常运行。稳定期, 当进水COD为10.8 g/L时, COD去除率达到86%, 出水中8.3~9.0 mmol/L的VFA不会对IC反应器稳定运行产生不利影响。

Abstract:

The leachate from domestic rubbish incineration plant has been treated by a new type of internal circula- tion anaerobic-airlift loop reactor(IC—ALR) process. The results show that during the load rising period, the fast rise of organic loading could cause acidification of the IC reactor. The reactor can be restarted by reducing the running load and increasing the alkalinity. Then, IC reactor can resume its normal operation in 12 days. During stable operation period, when the influent COD is 10.8 g/L, the COD removing rate reaches 86%. The 8.3-9.0 mmol/l of VFA of effluent does not have adverse effect on the stable running of IC reactor.
