机床厂综合污水处理工程实例

摘要:

以某机床厂污水处理工程为实例,介绍机床厂各类生产污水预处理及综合污水处理的工艺、工艺参数及效果。针对机床厂生产污水复杂的来源及成分,首先运用破乳、混凝、中和、气浮等方法对各类生产污水进行预处理,再利用水解酸化、生物接触氧化工艺完成对综合污水的处理。生产污水出水水质符合DB21/1627—2008《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》,综合污水出水可以进行厂内中水回用。该工艺利用自控系统,易于管理,处理效果稳定,实现了污水无害化处理。

Abstract:

Taking wastewater treatment project of a machine tool plant as an example,the treatment process,technical parameters and operation effects of various industrial wastewater pretreatment and integrated wastewater treatment are introduced. Due to the complex sources and ingredients of industrial wastewater of machine tool plants,methods,such as demulsification,coagulation,neutralization,air floatation,etc. have firstly been used for pre-treating various industrial wastewaters. Furthermore,hydrolytic acidification and biological contact oxidation processes have been used for treating integrated wastewater. The effluent quality of the industrial wastewater can meet the requirements specified in Liaoning Province Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB21/1627—2008). The treated integrated wastewater could be reused as reclaimed water in the plant. Since the automatic control system has been used in the process,the technology can easily be managed The treatment effect is stable,realizing the harmlessness of wastewater treatment.
