铁炭微电解/Fenton/臭氧用于印染废水处理的研究

摘要:

随着纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准的提高,印染废水中的COD和苯胺成为处理的难点之一。采用实际印染废水的处理尾水,分别试验了铁炭微电解、Fenton氧化以及臭氧氧化工艺对印染废水中COD和苯胺的处理效果,实验结果表明,臭氧工艺对COD和苯胺的处理效果能够满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)的排放要求,而Fenton和臭氧的组合工艺可进一步降低处理成本。

Abstract:

With the upgrading of the discharge standards of water pollutants from textile,dyeing and finishing industries,COD and aniline in printing & dying wastewater become one of the key treatment problems. The treatment effects on COD and aniline in printing & dyeing wastewater by Fe-C micro-electrolysis,Fenton and ozone processes have been tested,respectively,using the treated tail water from actual printing & dying wastewater. The results show that the treatment effect of ozone process on COD and aniline could meet the discharge requirements specified in the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants in Textile,Dyeing and Finishing Industries(GB 4287-2012). The combined process of Fenton and ozone could further decrease the treatment cost.
