化工园区水污染控制技术集成及典型示范

摘要:

通过治理理念、技术和模式的协同创新,采用"系统优化"理念、"化工园区水污染系统优化控制技术"和"一体诊断、两层优化、三级控制、四类管理"的整治模式,指出了化工园区水污染控制技术及整治模式的核心在于特征有机污染物的控制,明确了企业和园区2个层面在水污染控制过程的整治重点,并给出了具体的工作开展情况和关键工程的建设方案.

Abstract:

Based on the synergistic innovation of concept,technology and mode,the systematical optimization concept,the technology of systematical optimization of water pollution in the chemical industrial park,and the renovation modes are proposed,which includes integrative diagnosis,two-level optimization,three-grade control,and four-kind management. It is pointed out that the core lies in the control of characteristic organic pollutants. The renovation emphasis of water pollution control process in termof the enterprise and park is decided. Furthermore,the specific situation of the work are carried out and the key construction project are presented.
