摘要：
根据海上某高产中心生产单元生产污水处理中呈现的问题，再结合该中心生产单元注水水质不达标的原因分析结果，确定了三级清污装置清污能力达不到要求、流程设计存在缺陷、流程管理不配伍等因素是导致中心生产单元生产污水处理不合格的主要因素。从清污装置内部优化和流程管理升级等方面提出解决方案并展开研究，为全面解决海上中心生产单元生产污水处理问题进行探索实践，并提出今后同类项目的探索和研究的方向。

Abstract:
According to the problems of sewage treatment in the production unit of a high-yield center on the sea, combined with the analysis of substandard water quality of the injection water in production unit, the main factors lead to the unqualified sewage treatment in the central production unit were that the cleaning capacity of the three-stage cleaning device was not up to the requirements, the process design was defective, and the process management was not compatible. The solutions had been proposed, from the cleaning device internal optimization and process management upgrading, in order to solve the problem of sewage treatment in offshore production unit. The direction of exploration and research of similar projects in the future was put forward.
