海上典型注聚油田产出液处理问题及措施研究

摘要:

结合渤海绥中某注聚油田采出液处理出现的问题,深入剖析了该油田产出液处理能力下降的原因,确定物流温度达不到设计要求、含聚污油泥水二次污染、设备适就性差、清水剂与聚合物不配伍等因素是导致该油田产出液处理能力下降的主要因素。从处理设备结构优化改造和药剂优化等方面开展治理措施研究,为全面解决海上注聚油田采出液处理问题进行探索,并提出今后技术发展的方向。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems occurred in the treatment of output liquid in a polymer injection oil field in Bohai Suizhong,the causes of the treatment capacity decline of the output liquid in the oilfield have been analyzed in depth. The problems,such as the logistic temperature cannot meet the designed requirements,the polymer-containing wastewater oil mud has secondary pollution,the adaptability of equipment is poor,etc. are the main causes. The research on the treatment measurements are developed in the aspects of the optimization and modification of treatment equipment structures,and the optimization of chemical reagents. The exploration of solving completely the problems in the treatment of offshore output liquid in polymer injection oil fields is accomplished,and its future technological development direction is brought forward.
