海上聚驱油田含聚污水动态膜过滤处理技术研究

Experimental research on polymer-containing wastewater treatment by dynamic membrane filtration technology in an offshore polymer flooding oilfield

摘要:

海上平台现有含聚污水处理工艺存在处理成本高、难度大、处理效能逐步降低等问题。研究开发了一套动态膜过滤工艺技术,通过水质、过滤周期的变化研究筑膜剂种类、筑膜剂浓度、来水水质对含聚污水处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,动态膜过滤技术的处理效果明显优于常规的核桃壳和纤维束过滤技术,过滤效果稳定,油、悬浮物、浊度的去除率均在90%以上。处理后的水质符合油田注水控制标准,来水水质越好,过滤周期越长。处理前后聚合物的浓度基本不变,未改变来水性质,能够适应海上聚驱油田含聚污水的处理。

Abstract:

Problems,including high cost,great difficulty and gradually reduced treatment effect,exist in present polymer-containing wastewater treatment process in offshore platforms. A set of dynamic membrane filtration process has been developed. The influences of the types and concentrations of membrane-building agent and influent water quality on polymer-containing wastewater treatment effect are studied through water quality and filtration cycle changes. The research results show that the treatment effect of dynamic membrane filtration technology is obviously better than that of conventional walnut shell and fiber bundle filtration techniques. The filtration effect is stable. The removing rates of oil,suspended substances and turbidity are all above 90%. After the treatment,the water quality complies with the control standard of oilfield flooding. The better the influent water quality,the longer the filtration cycle. Basically,the polymer concentrations before and after the treatment do not have any changes and the influent nature has not been changed either,being able to adapt the treatment of polymer-containing wastewater in offshore polymer flooding oilfield.
