Treatment of industrial hypersaline wastewater by combined physicochemical-hydrolysis acidification-A2/O process

摘要:

为解决某工业区高盐工业废水达标排放问题,采用物化(活性污泥吸附、混凝沉淀)-水解酸化-A2/O组合工艺对该废水进行试验研究。结果表明,剩余活性污泥经简单驯化后对高盐废水中铅的吸附去除率可达99%以上;水解酸化段将B/C由进水的0.13提高到0.27;整个处理系统对该废水的处理效果显著,出水COD、TN、NH3-N、TP分别为45、7.3、2.0、0.3 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。

Abstract:

To make the wastewater containing high salinity in an industrial district reach the set discharge standard,the experimental research on the treatment of this kind of wastewater by the combined physicochemical (activated sludge adsorption and coagulation precipitation)-hydrolysis acidification-A2/O process has been conducted.The re-sults show that after the excess activated sludge has been acclimated simply,the adsorptive removing rate of lead in hypersaline wastewater can be higher than 99%,and the value of B/C is increased from influent 0.13 to 0.27 in hydro-lysis acidification section.The treatment effect of the whole system on wastewater is significant,the effluent COD,to-tal nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,and phosphorus concentrations are 45,7.3,2.0,0.3 mg/L,respectively.The effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria requirement specified in Pollutants Discharge Standard in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 18918-2002).
