摘要:
采用流化床Fenton-混凝沉淀工艺对某钢铁公司冷轧废水进行深度处理,处理水量50 m3/h。列举了主要设备及构筑物的数量、型号、规格尺寸等相关参数,并对工艺的技术经济性进行了分析。实际运行结果证明,各单元运行状态稳定,出水水质达到了《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456-2012)污染物排放限值的要求。

Abstract:
The advanced treatment process,fluidized bed Fenton-coagulation sedimentation, has been used for treating the cold rolling wastewater from a iron and steel company,whose treatment capacity is 50 m3/h. The relevant parameters,including the number,model number,size,etc. of the main equipment and structures,are listed and the technical economy of the process is analyzed. The actual running results prove that the running status of all units are stable,and the effluent water quality meets the requirements for pollutant discharge limits specified in "Discharge Standard of Industrial Water Pollutants in Iron & Steel Works"(GB 13456-2012).
