锰离子和镍离子短期作用对自养脱氮亚硝化工艺影响

Influences of Mn(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) short-term effects on autotrophic denitrification process

摘要: 采用2个SBR反应器考察了Mn(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的短期作用对亚硝化反应器的影响。结果表明,低浓度的Mn(Ⅱ)(≤50 mg/L)对亚硝化影响不大,高浓度的Mn(Ⅱ)(>70 mg/L)可促进AOB的活性,加快反应速率。低浓度的Ni(Ⅱ)(<20 mg/L)对亚硝化影响不大,Ni(Ⅱ)对AOB和NOB的抑制质量浓度分别为20、100 mg/L,高浓度短期作用后亚硝化会被破坏。通过低DO、高pH和短HRT的联合作用,可有效抑制NOB的活性,使亚硝化得到恢复。

Abstract: Two SBR reactors have been used for investigating the influences of Mn (Ⅱ)and Ni (Ⅱ)short-term effects on the nitrosation reactor. The results show that low-concentration Mn (Ⅱ) (≤ 50 mg/L)has slight influence on nitrosation,while high- concentration Mn (Ⅱ) (>70 mg/L)could significantly facilitate the AOB bioactivity and speed up the reaction rate. The low- concentration Ni (Ⅱ) (<20 mg/L)has slight influence on nitrosation,and its inhibition thresholds on AOB and NOB are 20 and 100 mg/L,respectively,and after the high concentration and short term actions,the nitrosation could be destroyed. The combined effects of low DO,high pH and short HRT could effectively inhibit NOB activity and recover the nitrosation.
