摘要: 对某厂自然通风海水冷却塔引起的盐沉积进行了4次现场监测。结果表明,盐沉积量与风向和风频密切相关,盐沉积量最大值出现在主导风下风处,盐沉积量在主导风向随距离增大然后持续衰减。盐沉积量厂内监测最大值为10.4 g/(m2·月),厂外监测最大值为1.46 g/(m2·月),超过相关规定值,需要对海水冷却塔飘水率进行控制。

Abstract: Four times of on-site monitoring of salt sediment caused by the natural ventilation of seawater cooling tower of a plant have been carried out. The monitoring results show that the salt sediment yield are closely related with the wind direction and wind frequency. The maximum value of salt sediment yield occurs to the leeward of dominant wind. In the dominant wind direction,with the increases of distance,salt sediment yield increases firstly,and then decreases continuously. The maximum value of salt sediment yield inside the plant is 10.4 g/(m2·month)and the maximum value outside the plant 1.46 g/(m2·month),which is higher than relevant prescribed value. Hence,it is necessary to control the water drifting rate.
