Solidified dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction-HPLC process for the determination of naphthalene,fluorene and phenanthrene in water

摘要: 建立了凝固分散液液微萃取(SFO-DLLME)-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定水中萘、芴和菲的新方法。以1-十二醇为萃取剂,甲醇为分散剂,优化了影响SFO-DLLME萃取效率的因素。在最佳条件下,萘、芴和菲的检出限分别为0.011、0.056、0.049 μg/L,萘的线性范围为0.1~50.0 μg/L,芴和菲的线性范围为1.0~500 μg/L。实际水样加标回收率78.6%~95.1%,相对标准偏差(n=5)3.9%~7.2%。方法简便快速,灵敏度高,环境友好,成功用于实际水样分析。

Abstract: A new solidified dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(SFO-DLLME)-high-performance liquid chroma- tography(HPLC)process has been established for the determination of naphthalene,fluorene and phenanthrene in wa- ter samples. Using 1-dodecanol as extractant and methanol as dispersants,the factors that affect the extraction efficien- cy of SFO-DLLME are optimized. Under the optimum conditions,the detection limits of naphthalene,fluorene and phenanthrene are 0.011,0.056,0.049 μg/L,respectively,and the linearity of the method ranged from 0.1 to 50.0 μg/L for naphthalene,from 1.0 to 500 μg/L for fluorene and phenanthrene. The labeled recovering rates of actual water sam- ples are 78.6%-95.1%,and the relative standard deviation(n=5):3.9%-7.2%. The method is characterized by simple, rapid,highly sensitive and environment-friendly. it is successfully applied to the analysis of actual water samples.
