萃取法处理萘磺酸废水的研究

Research on the treatment of naphthalenesulfonic acid wastewater by extraction

摘要:

利用胺类萃取剂对萘磺酸废水进行了实验研究,最佳萃取条件为:反应时间5 min、油水体积比1∶1、反应温度40℃、搅拌速度为150r/min,处理后废水的CODCr从56388mg/L左右降到2794mg/L左右,平均去除率达到95%左右,废水的外观由萃取前的黑红黏稠液到浅粉色透明液,处理效果较好。

Abstract:

Naphthalenesulfonic acid wastewater has been treated by amine extractants.The optimal extraction conditions are as follows:the CODCr of naphthalenesulfonic acid wastewater is lowered from 56 388 mg/L to about 2 794 mg/L and the average removal rate is up to 95%,when its reaction time is 5 min,oil/water volume ratio 1∶1,reaction temperature around 40 ℃,and mixing speed 150 r/min.At the same time,the appearance of naphthalenesulfonic acid wastewater has been turned from black red ropy liquid to baby pink transparent liquid,getting better treatment efficiency.
