摘要:

采用中试规模(8 t/d)的一体式膜生物反应器(SMBR)处理印染废水,COD平均去除率可达到87.9%,色度平均去除率达78.8%,出水BOD>5mg/L,水质优于试验所在联合污水处理厂的生化-物化组合工艺处理效果。无排泥工况下,反应器内上清液的COD高于进水COD,较高的上清液COD下反应器出水水质略有下降。

关键词: 印染废水, 膜生物反应器, 活性污泥, 无排泥

Abstract:

A pilot-scale(8 t/d) submerged membrane bioreactor(SMBR) has been used for treating the dyeing wastewater from a united dyeing wastewater treatment plant.The results show that the average COD removal rate achieves 87.9% and the chroma removal rate is 78.8% and the effluent water BOD is below 5 mg/L.The water quality of the SMBR process is better than that of the biological chemical process at the united wastewater treatment plant.Keeping the system operated without discharging sludge,the COD of supernate in the reactor is higher than influent COD.When the supernate COD is higher,the effluent water quality from the reactor decreases to some degree.
