摘要： 针对反渗透制脱盐水装置中反渗透膜微生物污堵的现象，分析了微生物污堵的原因，找出原有工艺的设计缺陷，提出分阶段、全过程、根据水温和停留时间进行预防性杀菌的方案。在不同设备采用不同杀菌剂，同一设备不同时间采用不同杀菌剂，以改进杀菌工艺，减少抗药性。改进工艺在生产实践中进行应用，延长了反渗透装置的运行周期，取得良好的效果。

Abstract: In view of the phenomenon of the microbial fouling and blockage of reverse osmosis(RO) membrane in the RO desalination device,the causes of it have been analyzed,and the design defects of original process pointed out. It is proposed that the preventive sterilization scheme should be accomplished by stages,overall process,based on water temperature and retention time. Different bactericides in different equipment,and different bactericides in the same equipment and at different times are used,in order to improve the sterilization process and reduce the drug resistance. The improved process is now applied to productive practice,and the operational cycle extended,obtaining pretty good effects.
