振动膜和碟管膜联合处理高浓度废乳化液

Treatment of high-concentration waste emulsion by the combined vibratory shear enhanced processing and disk tube-reverse osmosis process

摘要: 利用振动超滤膜和碟管反渗透膜联合处理高浓度废乳化液,通过连续中试试验,考察了其对废乳化液中COD的去除效果和处理过程中膜通量的变化。结果表明,在85%的回收率条件下,振动膜对废乳化液COD的去除率为56%~75%。振动膜出水经碟管膜二级处理后,产水COD<30 mg/L,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类水质标准,产水回收率为72%。处理过程中,振动膜和碟管膜的膜通量随着运行时间的延长呈缓慢下降趋势。经化学清洗剂和清水清洗后,膜通量可得到90%的恢复。

Abstract: A combined process of vibratory shear enhanced process(VSEP) using ultrafiltration(UF) and disk tubereverse osmosis(DTRO) has been used for the treatment of high-concentration waste emulsion,and its removing effect on COD from the emulsion and the changes of membrane flux have been investigated by continuously pilot-scale experiments. The results indicate that the COD removing rate by VSEP system is 56%-75% when the water recovery rate is 85%. After the VSEP effluent has been treated with two-stage DTRO,the final effluent COD is less than 30 mg/L,meeting Class Ⅳ water quality criterion,specified in Surface Water Environment Quality Standard(GB 3838-2002), and the produced water recovery rate reaches 72%. In the treatment process,the flux of VSEP using UF membrane and DTRO shows a slow downtrend,with the extension of running time. After the membranes have been cleaned with chemical cleaning agent and clear water,90% of membrane flux can be recovered.
