Research on the treatment of food waste slurry by a new type of anaerobic reactor

摘要:

在中试规模、中温(38℃)条件下,研究脉冲-混合厌氧消化反应器(IMD)处理餐厨垃圾浆液的效果。试验结果表明:在负荷4.0 kgVS/(m3·d)阶段,处理效果最好,VS产气率最高达到1.60 m3/kgVS,沼气中的甲烷体积分数最高为68.9%;IMD反应器可在负荷6.0 kgVS/(m3·d)下稳定运行,平均VS产气率为1.25 m3/kgVS,平均VS去除率为79.11%。与其他厌氧反应器相比,IMD反应器处理餐厨垃圾浆液的容积负荷较高,处理效果较好。

Abstract:

Under the conditions of pilot scale and moderate temperature(38℃), the effect of impulse mixing digestion(IMD) on the treatment of food waste slurry has been investigated. The experimental results show that the treatment effect is the best, when the volume load is in the stage of 4.0 kgVS/(m3·d). The highest VS producing gas rate reaches 1.60 m3/kgVS, and the highest volume fraction of CH4 in marsh gas is 68.9%. When the volume load of system is 6.0 kgVS/(m3·d), IMD runs stably. The average VS producing gas rate is 1.25 m3/kgVS and the average VS removing rate 79.11%. Compared with other anaerobic reactors, the volume load of IMD treated food waste slurry is higher, and the treatment effect is better.
