水处理缓蚀剂——缓溶球的性能研究

摘要:

针对四硼酸钠缓蚀性能优良,但溶解性能差,配制液体药剂不能满足使用要求的情况,开发了一种固体水处理缓蚀剂——缓溶球。采用旋转挂片法研究了缓溶球投加量和温度对缓蚀率的影响,并对产品的溶解性与缓蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明,当水温低于40℃时,缓溶球的溶解量变化不大,比较稳定;在水温为35、45、55℃的条件下,当缓溶球投加量为28.5 mg/L时,碳钢的腐蚀率明显低于国家标准的0.075 mm/a。

Abstract:

A solid water treatment corrosion inhibitor-slow dissolving ball has been developed according to the fact that sodium tetraborate has excellent corrosion inhibition performance, while the preparation of liquid agent cannot meet the use requirements due to its poor solubility. The influences of the dosage of the inhibitor and temperature on the corrosion inhibition rate were studied by rotary coupon test, and the solubility and corrosion inhibition performance of the product were tested. The results showed that when the water temperature was lower than 40℃, the dissolved amount of the slow dissolving ball had little change and was relatively stable. When the water temperatures were 35℃, 45℃ and 55℃, the corrosion rate of carbon steel was obviously lower than the national standard of 0.075 mm/a with 28.5 mg/L slow dissolving ball dosage.
