一体式隔油-生物滤池装置处理餐饮废水的效能研究

Research on the efficiency of integrated oil separator-biological filter unit to treat restaurant wastewater

摘要:

以隔油池为基础,融入生物接触氧化工艺,设计了一体式隔油-生物滤池装置,用于处理餐饮废水。结果表明,当O区DO为3~4 mg/L,水温为20~28℃,最佳HRT为8 h,此时餐饮废水中的油脂、COD和SS去除率分别达到98.14%、91.57%和93.71%,出水优于《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》控制项目限值B级即纳管排放标准。除此以外,装置中粗滤室对油脂的去除贡献率占整个系统中油脂总去除率的55.55%,A区对COD的去除贡献率占整个系统中COD总去除率的62.02%,对SS的去除贡献率占整个系统中SS总去除率的50.81%;该装置内填料单位COD污泥产率(以MLSS计)为0.028 g/g,低于传统工艺的污泥产率系数,污泥减量效果显著;该装置还具有脱氮除磷功能,最佳条件下,其对NH3-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为80.03%、67.22%和60.87%。

Abstract:

Based on the oil separation tank and biological contact oxidation process, an integrated oil separator-bio-filter device was designed to treat restaurant wastewater. The results showed that with the decrease of HRT, the effect of the device on the removal of grease was less, and the effect on COD and SS was greater. Under the condition of the DO in the O zone 3-4 mg/L, the water temperature 20-28℃ and the best HRT 8 hours, the removal rates of grease, COD and SS in the restaurant wastewater reached 98.14%, 91.57% and 93.71%, respectively, and the effluent was better than the control project limit of "Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewer Water Quality Standard", which is the management discharge standard. In addition, the contribution rate of the coarse filter chamber to the removal of grease in the device accounted for 55.55% of the total removal rate of grease in the entire system, and the contribution rate of COD removal in zone A accounted for 62.02% of the total removal rate of COD in the entire system. The removal contribution rate accounted for 50.81% of the total SS removal rate in the entire system. The filler sludge production rate in this device was 0.028 g/g, which was lower than the sludge production rate coefficient of the traditional process, and the sludge reduction effect was obvious. The device also has the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Under the best conditions, its average removal rate of NH3-N, TN and TP was 80.03%, 67.22% and 60.87%, respectively.
