厌氧膜床处理小型餐饮废水的启动研究

Study on the start-up of the special anaerobic filter bed for treating small scale restaurant wastewater

摘要:

厌氧膜床最大的特点是用立体填料代替了传统的小粒径填料,首次以厌氧膜床处理小型餐饮废水的启动为研究对象,以满负荷的1/8,2/8,4/8,8/8逐步提高容积负荷,经过85d的启动运行,反应器达到满负荷。研究结果表明 :进水pH较低,平均为5.06,经过厌氧膜床启动,出水在6.7左右;COD的去除率稳定在 5 0 %左右 ;启动后期的污泥上浮可能是颗粒污泥形成的预兆。

Abstract:

The Special Anaerobic Filter Bed(SAFB) is a new type of anaerobic bioreactor. It is characteristic of using spatial filter to replace the traditional filter whose diameters are small. The start up of SAFB for treating small scale restaurant wastewater is studied for the first time. The volumetrical loading is gradually improved by 1/8, 2/8, 4/8 and 8/8 of full loading. The start up period is 85 days. The research results show that the performance of SAFB for small scale restaurant wastewater treatment is feasible. Its pH is approximately 6.7 in the effluent while it is 5.06 in the influent. The COD removal rate is 50% or so. At the final stage of the start up,the sludge floating probably indicates that it is the sign of granular sludge forming.
