Research on the advanced treatment and reuse of the recirculating water blowdown water in steel plant

摘要:

某钢铁厂利用一体化除硬+双膜技术对循环水排污水进行深度处理,并实现高效回用。工程运行结果表明:该工艺运行稳定,一体化除硬装置对硬度和Ca2+的去除率分别达到62.5%和76.2%,超滤(UF)除浊效果显著,反渗透(RO)对电导率和Cl-的去除率达到97.8%和95.1%,最终产水水质可达到钢厂脱盐水或循环水补水要求。该工程运行成本仅为3.09元/t,总回用率达到67%,实现了循环水排污水再利用的目的。

Abstract:

In this paper, a combination process of an integrated dehardening device and double-membrane technology is adopted to reuse treatment of the recirculating water blowdown water in steel plant. The engineering operation results showed that the processes could be stably operated. Among them the removal rates of hardness and Ca2+ were 62.5% and 76.2% for the integration of removing hardness device. Ultrafiltration(UF) had remarkable effects on turbidity. The removal rates of electrical conductivity and Cl- were 97.8% and 95.1% for reverse osmosis(RO), and the quality of the effluent met the requirements of the recirculating water replenishment or softening water in steel plant. The operation cost of this process was 3.09 yuan/t, and the reuse rate of this process was up to 67%. The project realized the purpose of the reuse of the circulating blowdown water.
