亚氧化钛电极的制备及其在废水处理中的应用

摘要:

随着工业的不断发展,有机废水处理已成为当前环境污染控制的重点与难点,传统的生物法难以满足处理要求,水环境面临很大的污染问题。亚氧化钛材料电化学性能优异,电导率可达 1 500 S/cm,化学稳定性强,耐腐蚀,适用于各种难降解废水的电化学处理,具有高效、低耗的特点。详细总结了亚氧化钛材料的制备方法及其在电催化氧化水处理工艺中的应用。亚氧化钛电极主要分为涂层电极和一体式电极。亚氧化钛涂层电极主要通过在基体上沉积或是涂覆亚氧化钛涂层而制得;亚氧化钛一体式电极主要是通过将TiO2粉末压制成型,烧结之后还原进行制备,或是将Ti4O7粉末压制后再烧结成型而制备。亚氧化钛材料稳定性好、析氧电位高、成本低,在对药物、染料和酚类等有机废水的处理中已取得较好的应用研究成果。

Abstract:

With the continuous development of industry,organic wastewater treatment has become the focus and difficulty of current environmental pollution control. Traditional biological methods are difficult to meet the treatment requirements,and the water environment is facing great pollution problems. The titanium suboxide material has excellent electrochemical performance,with a conductivity of up to 1 500 S/cm,strong chemical stability and corrosion resistance,making it suitable for various electrochemical treatment of refractory wastewater processes,and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low consumption. This paper summarized in detail the preparation method of titanium suboxide material and its application in electrocatalytic oxidation water treatment. Titanium suboxide electrodes were mainly divided into coated electrodes and integrated electrodes. Titanium oxide coated electrode was mainly prepared by depositing or coating titanium oxide coating on the substrate. The titanium oxide integrated electrode was mainly prepared by pressing and molding TiO2 powder and reducing after sintering,or by pressing and sintering Ti4O7 powder. Titanium oxide material had good stability,high oxygen evolution potential and low cost,and had achieved good application research results in the treatment of organic wastewater such as drugs-,dyes- and phenols-containing wastewater.
