摘要:
随着我国经济技术的发展,污水和污泥的处理量都随之增加,对于不同污水来源,污泥处理工艺的选择不同。某综合污水处理厂,进水中80%为工业污水,采用“多段AAO生物池+多效澄清池+臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池+加炭澄清池”为核心的污水处理工艺,结合项目现状、污水处理工艺流程、污泥的特点,对污泥处理工艺、污泥处理设备进行比选,最终采用“污泥浓缩+污泥脱水+污泥处置”的处理工艺,其中污泥浓缩采用带式浓缩机,污泥脱水采用高压板框压滤。经过一年多的运行,该工程处理后的污泥含水率低于60%,污泥处理处置费701元/t(污泥含水率60%),为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:
With the development of economy and technology in China, the volume of wastewater and sludge treatment has increased significantly. The selection of sludge treatment process varies with different sewage sources. A comprehensive wastewater treatment plant, with 80% of the influent as industrial wastewater, adopts a core wastewater treatment process with “multi-stage AAO process+multi-effect clarifiers+ozone oxidation tank+aerated biological filter+activated carbon clarification tank”. Based on the current conditions of project, the wastewater treatment process, and sludge characteristics, the sludge treatment process and equipment were compared and selected, and finally the treatment process of “sludge thickening+sludge dewatering+sludge disposal” was adopted. The sludge thickening adopted a belt concentrator, and the sludge dewatering adopted a high-pressure plate and frame dehydrator. After over a year of operation, the treated sludge exhibited a moisture content of less than 60%, and the sludge treatment and disposal cost was 701 yuan/t (sludge with water content of 60%). This project served as a reference for similar engineering endeavors.
