Abstract:
A series of acrylic acid/maleic anhydride/acrylamide/methylmethacrylate copolymers in sodium salt were prepared and tested as scale inhibitor in laboratory. The effect of AA/MA/AM/MM copolymer molecular mass, concentration, pH value, temperature and the time of constant temperature on the ratio of scale inhibition of copolymers were discussed. It was found that AA/MA/AM/MM copolymer had excellent properties of inhibiting CaCO3 scale and caused CaCO3 crystal distortion.

摘要:
合成了AA/MA/AM/MM 多元共聚物,并对所得产品进行了碳酸钙静态阻垢实验,探讨了共聚物的分子量、投加量、溶液的pH 值、温度、恒温时间等因素与共聚物阻垢率的关系,并用扫描电子显微镜观测了碳酸钙晶形的变化,结果表明,AA/MA/AM/MM 多元共聚物阻垢性能较好,该共聚物使碳酸钙晶形发生了畸变。
