Influences of petrochemical wastewater on sludge bulking due to N &P nutrient shortage

石油化工废水缺少氮、磷营养物质对污泥膨胀的影响

Abstract:

The activated sludge bulking due to some ty pes of filamentous bacteria over-g row th appears obviously w hen BOD5/TP is more than 100/0 .762 during the stage w ith suff icient N in the substrate .S VI does not rise any more w hen P in the subst rate decrease continuously .If P keeps suf ficient , sludge bulking does no t take place until BOD5/TN is mo re than 100/2 .69 .Then sludge bulking goes on rapidly wi th the decrease of N in the subst rate (S VI =260 .7 mL/g at the moment w hen BOD5/TN is 100/0 .043).Sludge bulking takes place when BOD5/TN is more than 100/2 .69 and BOD5/TP is mo re than 100/0 .60 during the stage w ith a sy nchronous shortage of N and P .Sludge bulking does not agg ravate w hen N and P in the subst rate decrease continuously . At the same time when the substrate is short of N and P and causes sludge bulking due to f ilamentous bacteria . the removal efficiency of the subst rate declines.This shows that the activation of the f loc bacteria w hich mainly decompose the substrate declines obviously .

摘要:

进水底物中N始终充足 ,BOD5/TP大于 10 0 / 0 76 2时会明显出现丝状菌过量生长而引起的污泥膨胀。继续降低底物中的P含量 ,SVI基本不再继续上升而继续膨胀。如果保持P充足 ,则BOD5/TN大于 10 0 / 2 6 9时才会污泥膨胀 ,且此后随着底物中N含量的减少 ,污泥膨胀迅速加快 ,至BOD5/TN为 10 0 / 0 0 43时的SVI为2 6 0 7mL/ g。对于N、P同步缺少时 ,在BOD5/TN大于 10 0 / 2 6 9,BOD5/TP大于 10 0 / 0 6 0时开始发生污泥膨胀 ,继续降低进水中N和P的含量 ,未出现污泥加剧膨胀的现象。进水底物中缺少N、P(N和P)引起丝状菌污泥膨胀的同时 ,通常伴随着底物去除率的下降 ,表明多数对底物起主要分解作用的絮状菌的活性已明显降低。
