混凝沉淀—化学氧化法处理喷漆废水

Abstract:

The coagulation-o xidation process is used in treating spraying-paint wastewater and the best conditions of coagulation and of oxidation were selected.It states that,by using this process,CODCr of wastewater could be reduced f rom about 2 000 mg/L to less than 100 mg/L,and the removal rates of CODCr and chromaticity are over 95 % and 100 % respectively.

摘要:

采用混凝沉淀—化学氧化法对喷漆废水进行处理,筛选出最佳的混凝条件及氧化条件。实验结果表明,该法可使原水的CODCr从2000mg/L降至<100mg/L。废水CODCr与色度去除率分别为>95%和100%。出水达到排放标准,也可循环使用。该方法具有去除率高、设备简单、占地面积小、操作方便、不产生二次污染等优点。
