Abstract:
The effect of cooling water impurities,such as Fe3+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Zn2+ and suspended solids on the performanceof scale inhibiting polymers e.g.copolymers and tripolymers,is introduced.The polymers are in calcium-containingwater which is treated with phosphate and phosphonate-based program and can be used as scale inhibitors.The scaleinhibiting efficiency of tripolymers,which are affected by cooling water impurities,is smaller than copolymers.Zn2+ hassynergetic effect on the scale inhibiting performance of polymers.

摘要:
介绍了冷却水中杂质如Fe3+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Zn2+以及悬浮固体,对经磷系配方处理的含钙水中,用作阻垢剂的二元、三元共聚物的阻垢性能的影响。三元共聚物的阻垢效果受冷却水中杂质影响较二元共聚物小。Zn2+对聚合物的阻垢效果有协同效应。
