Abstract:

Based on the characteristics and technical conditions of cooling water systems in antibiotic enterprices, combining with the speciality of the water quality in shijiazhuang, two prescriptions,whose technical and economic indexes are very good, have been selected. After being checked by the National Research Center of Industrial Water Treatment Engineering and Technology, A daily operational prescription is determined. After one year's application, the results show that this prescription has very satisfying scale inhibition performance and indicate operational the prescriptions of water treatment are successful.

摘要：

根据抗生素企业冷却水系统的特点和工艺条件，结合石家庄市水质特点，公司技术人员通过实验室实验，筛选出两组技术经济指标俱佳的配方。经国家工业水处理工程技术研究中心动态模拟实验考核，最后确定了日常运行配方。经1a多来的应用，结果表明该组配方的缓蚀阻垢性能十分理想，各项指标均达到设计规范要求，这说明我公司自行研发的水处理运行配方是成功的。
