负载型TiO2光催化氧化法处理硝基苯酚工业废水

Abstract:

The Photocatalytic oxidation of the nitrophenol wastewater has been carried out by using TiO2 -coated activated carbon.The effects of some factors,such as dosage of catalyst,pH values,illumination time and light intensity,on the removal efficiency are discussed.The experimental results show that TiO2 film immobilized on active carbon has an efficient catalytic activity.The removal rates of the COD and nitrophenol are more than95%,under the conditions of pH=3.8,0.3%catalyst,300Wof UV lamp and180min of illumination time.Moreover,the coated TiO2 catalytic material is very stable mechanically and chemically,and can be re-used.

摘要:

以活性炭负载TiO2为催化剂对含硝基苯酚废水进行光催化氧化实验,研究了催化剂的投加量、pH、光照时间、光强以及起始浓度对光解作用的影响。结果表明:活性炭负载TiO2溶胶型催化剂具有较高的光催化活性。当采用300W高压汞灯、催化剂质量分数为0.3%、pH为3.8、光解180min时,废水中COD和硝基苯酚的去除率均达到95%以上。制得的负载型TiO2具有较高的机械强度和化学稳定性,可重复使用。
