有机改性膨润土对聚丙烯酰胺吸附性能的研究

Abstract:

The removal effect of polyacrylamide(PAM)from oil wastewater by organically modified bentonite has been studied.The type of adsorption isotherm curves of PAM on the two kinds of modified bentonite by cetyltrim-ethylammonium bromide(CTMAB)accord with Langmuir type.The interlayer spacing of modified bentonite is an important factor which affects the adsorption capacity.The removal efficiency of the bentonite modified by7%single-cation reaches the value of more than90%.The saturation adsorption capacities of PAM on the bentonite modified by dual-cation increases with the alkyl-length of CTMAB increasing.

摘要:

研究了有机改性膨润土对石油废水中聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的去除效果。实验结果表明:由溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)阳离子改性的膨润土和双阳离子改性的膨润土对PAM的吸附等温线都符合Langmuir等温吸附曲线,改性膨润土的层间距的大小是影响饱和吸附量的一个重要因素,质量分数为7%的单阳离子改性膨润土对PAM的去除率可达到90%以上;双阳离子改性膨润土对PAM的饱和吸附容量随长碳链表面活性剂CTMAB的增加而增加。
