Abstract:

Aiming at the problemswith the circulating cooling water in Dushanzi Oil Refinery,a seriesof improv-ement measures,such asthe selection of scale and corrosion inhibitorsand bactericidesand their feeding project ;technical improvement of water coolers ;and the side-filtration system ;the control of material leaking ;and the reinforcement of systematic and scientific management,etc.,have been taken.Remarkable resultsand visible econ-omic profitshave been obtained.In addition.These experiencescan offer reference for the circulating cooling water quality improvement in other oil refineries.

摘要：

针对独山子炼油厂循环水存在的问题，采取一系列的改进措施，诸如缓蚀阻垢剂评选、杀菌剂及投加方案的改进、水冷器工艺改进、旁滤系统改造、物料泄漏处理方法的创新和加强系统科学管理等，取得明显的效果和可观的经济效益。同时这些经验也可为其他炼油厂循环水水质改进提供借鉴。
