坡缕石-钢渣颗粒吸附剂处理含铜离子废水的研究

Abstract:

With oscillating adsorption experiment, the preparation method of playgorskite-steel slag granulated adsorbent and its adsorbability in copper-containing solution have been discussed. The results indicate that the optimum condition of preparing particle adsorbent is m(playgorskite):m(steel slag)= 100:100 and by roasting at a temperature of 400 ℃ for 2 h. It has a capacity of adsorbing copper of 169.5mg/g, and the adsorption curve of Cu2+ on it confirms with Langmuir equation. Meanwhile, the regeneration test of adsorbent shows that:when the playgorskite-steel slag granulated adsorbent is reused, the adsorption quantity of it decreases smoothly, so we can draw a conclusion that playgorskite-steel slag granulated adsorbent is reuseable.

摘要:

通过振荡吸附实验,研究了坡缕石-钢渣颗粒吸附剂的制备方法及颗粒吸附剂在含铜溶液中的吸附特性。结果表明,制备颗粒吸附剂的优化条件为:m(坡缕石):m(钢渣)=1001:00,在400℃下焙烧2 h。颗粒吸附剂对铜的吸附容量高达169.5mg/g,吸附等温线属Langmuir型。吸附剂的再生实验表明:再生后吸附剂的吸附量下降平缓,可以重复使用。
