循环水旁流弱酸处理提高浓缩倍数试验研究

Abstract:

The treatment of circulating water is carried out by using side-flow method with weak acid ion exchange. And, a highly effective scale and corrosion inhibitor has been selected and made use of. The concentration ratio of the circulating water is increased and can meet the demand of water saving. The determination of water treatment design provides an effective and feasible method to increase its concentration ratio. The results showthat the aim of water saving is realized.

摘要:

阐述了通过旁流弱酸离子交换处理循环水,并筛选使用高性能的阻垢缓蚀剂,达到提高循环水浓缩倍数和节水的要求。工业运行结果表明,该工艺的节水和环保效果显著,具有很大的推广价值,为提高循环水浓缩倍数探讨了一条切实可行的途径。
