采油污水处理及回用研究

Abstract:

The optimized programis presented in accordance with the studyin the laboratory and field trial uses in an oilfield produced water treatingplant of Daqing Oilfield about reverse deemulsifier TS-761. TS-761 Band TS-761C are respectivelyintroduced intooilfield produced water at 35-45 ℃,dosage 10-30 mg/L. The water is sedimentated for a short time after agitating. It shows that the floatingoil and suspended solids can be dislodged fromthe water. The clear and transplant water is obtained with oil content< 5 mg/L, suspended solid<3 mg/L and medium particle size<2 μm. The water is qualified tomeet the requirements oflowpercolation ratiooilfield for injection water. The suggested produced water treating method is technologically simple, and can be applied to the present plant installations byusingless dosage. It is economicallybeneficial and harmless tothe environment.

摘要:

在室内实验研究和现场中试研究的基础上提出了大庆某采油联合站污水的优化处理方案。大庆油田某联合站采油污水温度为35~45℃,分别加入TS-761B、TS-761C系列反相破乳净水剂,加药质量浓度为10~30mg/L,短时间搅拌、混合后静置沉降一定时间,污油和悬浮物凝聚成团上浮,出水清澈透明,含油量、悬浮物均符合低渗透率油田回注水指标:油质量浓度<5mg/L,悬浮物<3mg/L,粒径中值<2.0μm。此方法工艺简单,可利用原有设备,综合加药量低,药剂可以同浮油一起回收,环保、经济性好。
