Abstract:
Polysilicon acid and polyferric sulfate are complexed. Complexing technics is researched by orthogonal test and some single factor tests. The optimum complexing conditions are as follows: concentration of silicon dioxide is 2%, mole ratio of Si/Fe is 1∶2, polyferric sulfate’s basicity is 5%-15%, and water glass activating pH is 3.0. At the end the effects of complexing focculant has perfectly met the requirment of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) compared with polyferric sulfate, complexing products have better economic benefit.

摘要:
将聚硅酸与聚合硫酸铁进行复合。采用正交实验法和单因素法探讨了聚硅酸中二氧化硅浓度、n(Si)∶n(Fe)、聚合硫酸铁的盐基度、水玻璃活化pH等条件对复合产品的稳定性和絮凝效果的影响。得出的复合条件为二氧化硅质量分数2%、n(Si)n∶(Fe)=12∶、聚合硫酸铁的盐基度在5%-15%、水玻璃活化pH为3.0。最后将复合混凝剂与商品聚合氯化铝(PAC)以及聚合硫酸铁进行比较,结果表明:该复合混凝剂的混凝效果完全达到了PAC的标准,然而其经济效益明显优于PAC;其混凝效果明显优于聚合硫酸铁。
