Abstract:
The influent pollutant concentration of domestic sewage treatment plants in the south region of China is low. Doping with dyeing wastewater can increase the concentration of influent COD. However, the pollutants in dyeing wastewater are different from the pollutants in domestic sewage, having strong basicity. Treating dyeing wastewater doped with domestic sewage must have influence on the treatment system efficiency. Based on the operation of a sewage treatment plant in a city in South China, aiming at the low-concentration influent water quality in that plant and the conditions for doping with dyeing wastewater, the feasibility of doping with dyeing wastewater has been detected, and the operation mode of direct doping has been brought forward. By SBR(subsequent batch reactor) tests, it is determined that under anaerobic and aerobic conditions, the best anaerobic stirring time and aerobic aeration time are 3 h and 9 h, respectively.

摘要: 南方区域生活污水处理厂进水污染物浓度低,掺杂印染废水可以提高进水的COD,但印染废水中的污染物不同于生活污水中的污染物,还具有很强的碱性,与生活污水混合处理必然影响处理系统的效率。以南方某城市污水处理厂的运行为背景,针对该厂低浓度进水水质和掺杂印染废水的条件,检验了掺杂印染废水的可行性,提出了直接混掺的运行方式。通过序批式实验确定在厌氧-好氧工艺下,最佳的厌氧搅拌时间和好氧曝气时间分别为3、9 h。
