Abstract:

Nanometer TiO2 powder has been obtained from TNB by sol-gel method. The size and structure of its powder and properties are analyzed by XRD and TEM. Under normal temperature, the effects of the pH, illuminating time and the dosage of catalyst on ethylene industrial wastewater are investigated. The processing conditions of photocatalytic techniques are optimized. The degradation rate of COD and ammonia-nitrogen have reached 94.1% and 84.5%, respectively.

摘要:

以TNB为原料,用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)法制备了纳米TiO2粉末。采用XRD和TEM对粉体的粒径和物相进行了表征。用其处理乙烯废水,考察了常温下pH、光照时间和催化剂的用量等因素对其光催化性能的影响,筛选出了最佳的光催化处理工艺条件。对乙烯工业废水的处理结果表明,COD和氨氮的降解率分别达到94.1%和84.5%。
