高浓缩倍数循环冷却水处理技术

Abstract:

Corrosion and scale phenomena are serious in the recirculating cooling water system of Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Factory of Yanzhou Mine Group. Its cycle of concentration is only about 2.5. In order to save water and maintain normal running of the system, high cycle of concentration is applied to No.1 recirculating cooling water system and excellent result has been obtained on actual running spot.

摘要:

兖矿鲁南化肥厂循环冷却水系统腐蚀、结垢现象严重,浓缩倍数只有2.5左右,为了节约用水,维护系统设备正常运行,对该厂一循系统进行了高浓缩倍数水处理试验研究,并在实际运行中取得了良好效果。
