循环水排污水回用的阻垢缓蚀试验研究

Abstract:

After the circulating blowdown water in Hainan Base of CNOOC China Blue Chemical Ltd.has been treated by double-film method,it is mixed with industrial water and is used as make-up water for the circulating water system.Since the water quality is characterized by low hardness and high volatility,experimental researches on scale and corrosion inhibition are accomplishe.The scale and corrosion inhibitors which are appropriate for the special kind of water quality running at nearly zero discharge(8 times of cycles of concentration) has been developed,providing technical support to field application.

摘要:

中海石油化学股份有限公司海南基地循环水排污水经双膜处理后,与工业水混合后作为循环水系统的补充水。针对水质硬度低、波动性大的特点,开展了阻垢、缓蚀实验研究工作,开发出适合于此类特殊水质在近零排放(浓缩8倍)下运行的缓蚀阻垢剂,为现场应用提供了技术支持。
