Abstract:
Based on the main operating conditions for a circulating water system of the first stage constructure 2×300 MW subcritical thermal supply unit,and the reclaimed water treatment process and water quality characteristics,researches on reusing city reclaimed water as make-up water for circulating cooling water systems have been carried out, under high cycles of concentration,through scale inhibition test,corrosion test,utmost limitation carbonate test and dynamic simulating text. A kind of scale and corrosion inhibitor,suitable for reclaimed water quality characteristics has been developed,and obtained satisfactory results when applied to actual field running,providing beneficial running experiences for similar systems.

摘要:
针对某热电厂一期工程2×300 MW亚临界供热机组循环水系统主要工况、中水处理工艺及水质特点,通过阻垢试验、腐蚀试验、极限碳酸盐试验和动态模拟试验,开展了在高浓缩倍数条件下城市中水作为补水回用于火电厂循环冷却水系统的研究工作。开发出适合于中水水质特点的缓蚀阻垢剂,在现场实际运行中加以应用,取得了满意的效果。
