喷涂废水除磷工艺改进研究

Abstract:

Aiming at the lime precipitation-activated carbon adsorption process used for the treatment of painting wastewater at a machinery plant,the factors affecting the dephosphorization rate has been studied.Some corresponding process improvement measures are brought forward through monitoring and analysis.Before the improvemen,the effluent phosphate is 1.22 mg/L,but after the improvement,the effluent phosphate is <0.4 mg/L,meeting the first class requirements of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 12/356—2008) of Tianjin City.The economic and environmental benefits of this process are pretty high,having certain popularizing significance.

摘要:

针对某机械厂采用石灰沉淀—活性炭吸附处理涂装废水的工艺,研究了影响磷去除率的因素。通过对水质的监测分析,提出了相应的工艺改进措施。改进前出水磷酸盐为1.22 mg/L,改进后出水磷酸盐<0.4 mg/L,符合天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)一级排放标准。该处理技术经济效益和环境效益较高,具有一定的推广意义。
