集装箱式水处理成套装置在油田精细注水中的应用研究

Abstract:

The container-type fine water treatment kit in Liaohe Lengjia Oilfield has been applied to the low permeability reservoir of single-well water injection experimental study for more than 2 a. The reinjection water is superior to the water quality recommended by A1 grade of Water Quality Standard and Practice for Analysis of Oilfield Injecting Waters in Clastic Reservoirs(SY/T 5329—1994). Its water quantity is stable, and water injection efficacy is obvious. The kit consists of a filtration container, ultrafiltration container, chemicals, salt-dosing container and pump block prying. The test provides a flexible fine water injection mode and management mode for low permeability reservoir development.

摘要:

采用集装箱式精细水处理成套装置,在辽河冷家油田完成了历时2年多的低渗透油藏单井精细注水工程试验研究,回注水完全优于《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329—1994)所推荐的A1级的水质标准,水量稳定,注水效果明显。成套装置由精滤集装箱、超滤集装箱、药剂及加盐集装箱和注水泵撬块组成,本试验为低渗透油藏的开发提供了一种灵活机动的精细注水模式和运行管理模式。
