Abstract:

To avoid scaling,corrosion,and salification in the thermal system of power plants,the quality of water and vapor in thermal systems should conform to the standards in which active silicon content is an important quality index of water and vapor. Molybdenum blue spectrophotometry is commonly used for determining active silicon content in water. Based on this method,the problems existed in the method for determining active silicon content in water,and their influencing factors have been analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures have been put forward,namely keeping spectrophotometer dry,not being moved too frequently,using only one cuvette during these tests,reducing the content of active silicon in high-purity water as much as possible and so on.

摘要:

为了防止电厂热力系统的结垢、腐蚀和积盐,水汽品质应达到一定标准,其中硅含量是一个非常重要的水汽指标。钼蓝分光光度法是一种测定水中活性硅常用的方法,针对这一方法在测定水中活性硅中出现的问题及影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上提出了相应的改进措施,即保持分光光度计干燥,不宜经常搬动,试验过程中只使用一只比色皿以及尽可能降低试验用高纯水中活性硅的含量等。
