Abstract:
Aiming at the wastewater containing metal processing emulsion brought about from an automobile access-ory parts factory in China,the process oil separation-demulsification-coagulation-air floatation-vibrating ultrafiltra-tion-hydrolysis acidification-contact oxidation-MBR has been used for its treatment. The operation results show that the water quality of the effluent is superior to the requirements specified in the Discharge Standard for Shanghai Urban Sewerage Systems(DB 31/445-2009). This process can save CNY 7.73 million of treatment costs per year,and the treatment system runs stably,having good economic benefit and environmental benefit.

摘要: 针对某汽车零部件厂产生的金属加工乳化液废水,采用“隔油破乳-混凝气浮-震动超滤-水解酸化-接触氧化-MBR”工艺进行处理。工程运行结果表明,出水水质优于上海市纳管排放标准(DB 31/445—2009),年节约处理费用773万元,该工艺运行稳定,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
